We live and see in a 3D environment, therefore it makes sense to process projects using 3D software. Using the latest in design CAD software ‘Solidworks’ provides a smooth flow and integration between screen and CNC machine, allowing me to complete projects with accuracy and efficiency. Data can be saved to all the common file formats, DWG, DXF, PDF and distributed through common cloud sharing platforms.

Our Service

Initial Design and CAD Modeling:

  • Concept Development: Gather all relevant information about the design concept, including functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and material specifications.

  • 3D Modeling: Use the latest CAD software to create a detailed 3D model of the product. This allows for visualization and testing of the design before physical prototypes are made.

Review and Refinement:

  • Approval: Present the 3D model to the client for feedback and approval. Ensure that all aspects of the design meet their expectations and requirements.

  • Revisions: Make necessary adjustments based on client feedback to finalize the 3D model.

2D Drawings and Documentation:

  • Drawing Creation: Generate clear and simplified 2D drawings from the approved 3D model. These drawings will include dimensions, materials, and other essential details.

  • Documentation: Prepare all relevant documentation to support the manufacturing process, including assembly instructions and material specifications.

Manufacturing and Prototyping:

  • Manufacturer Selection: Choose a suitable manufacturer based on the product requirements and available budget.

  • Prototyping: Work with the manufacturer to produce a prototype. This helps identify any potential issues with material thicknesses, finishes, or other aspects that might not match client literature.

Quality Control and Final Production:

  • Sample Review: Receive and review product samples to ensure they meet the design specifications. Check for discrepancies in material thicknesses and finishes.

  • Final Adjustments: Make any final adjustments needed before proceeding to full-scale production.

Bridge Between Client and Manufacturer:

  • Communication: Act as the liaison between the client and the manufacturer, ensuring that all parties are aligned and that the project stays on track.

  • Data Provision: Provide necessary data for CNC machining and other manufacturing processes, ensuring accurate and efficient production.

Attention to Detail:

  • Precision: Pay close attention to every detail, no matter how small, to ensure the final product meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Material Processing

Architects and Designers are constantly pushing the boundaries within the material world. New designs are often beautiful and interesting but always competing against cost. Finding a solution to competitive manufacturing is what we are all searching for. I have gained experience on my journey through the use of multiple materials, which has been a mosaic of creativity, striving towards a future where beauty and cost-effectiveness combine to provide a respectable and effective conclusion.
